Out of School Programs

 

Serving 400 kids every day after school from 3pm to 6pm and now Summer.

 

 

THE NEED: 

The majority of parents and full-time residents of The Hamptons are seasonal and service workers.

 

Children are often left home alone during the hours after school and very often all summer. 

 

RESEARCH HAS SHOWN:

That providing guidance in out of school times with a program of enrichment activities results in higher levels of safety and security as well as academic achievement.

 

POSITIONING:

We demonstrated the value proposition of the program and created a brand name in the community.

 

Project MOST quickly became one of the more prominent charities and causes in the area.

Selected Achievements:

• Created a signature branded event that single-handedly raised $400,000 in its first year; as well as resulting in more than 2000 new donors and sponsors.

• Cultivation, community-wide, through events, promotions and public relations.

• Created mission statement, branding, logo design, and communication strategy.

• Streamlined registration practices, website and payment options.

NATIONAL SCHOOL CLIMATE CENTER

PRIORITIES

Identifying core products and revenue streams is just as critical in the non-profit sector. Survival depends on it. 

 

At the National School Climate Center, much of the work centered on Anti-Bullying programs yet no formal structure existed around these strategies.

 

Bully Prevention Resources

are now offered in a tiered offering depending on the extent of the school intervention. 

 

EYES stands for Empowering Youth Engaging Schools and is a multi-year program designed for sustainability and youth leadership.
