THE BRAND: Set on a heritage farmstead in East Hampton, The Farmhouse is a French-American Bistro, open year-round with a mission to embed itself in the community by getting involved, providing superb quality and dependable service.  

THE NEED: 

The Hamptons is known for its A LIST and Summer lifestyle. The area needed a mid-range restaurant that didn't require clout to gain access. 

OPENED in June, reviewed by the New York Times on July 4th weekend and we were off and running,

 

OPENED with 71 seats, by the end of the first summer the restaurant had 226 seats and 5 dining rooms, complete with special event services and weddings.
